Creating space within ourselves to focus on the present. By allowing us the time and energy to concentrate on our thoughts, feelings, and breath. Meditation assists in balancing our emotions, better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety. Our practice will begin with gentle breath techniques and tapping. Followed by guided meditations, sound and aromatherapy.
