BasBlue is dedicated to amplifying opportunities for those who identify as women and nonbinary. One way we make a difference is through our impact programs, which include fellowships, funding opportunities, mentorship, and scholarships that provide our rising leaders with hands-on support.
BasBlue’s Zero-to-One Entrepreneurial Fellowship program supports emerging entrepreneurs who are looking to build, launch and scale a new business but are statistically less likely to receive support through mainstream channels. BasBlue provides each cohort of Fellows with tailored business coaching, 1:1 mentorship, funding, and community to take their ideas to the next level.
BasBlue’s Trailblazer-in-Residence scholarship program breaks down barriers to access within our community by sponsoring up to 125 BasBlue memberships each year. Scholarships are awarded to unique voices and innovative thinkers who are paving new paths and building businesses within their community, with need in mind.
Founders & Fund(Her)s matches early-stage business founders with the resources they need to launch. During each session, a cohort of founders are provided start-up coaching and then brought together with a panel of local angel investors, serial entrepreneurs, and business leaders to receive constructive feedback, networking access, and start-up investments.
The Art of BasBlue amplifies underrepresented voices in the art world. We collaborate with local organizations, galleries, and universities to provide exhibition spaces and public programs that highlight local artists, expanding their audience and underscoring their achievements.
Your generous contribution enables BasBlue to advance its mission of establishing diverse and inclusive avenues for connection, creativity, and exploration through curated programs and enriching experiences.

Since we opened our doors in 2021, BasBlue has helped over 700 women and non-binary individuals each year overcome gender-based inequities, find support, develop professionally, and find a place to belong–and our future is bright.
In 2025, we’re designing experiences that amplify women and non-binary leaders’ potential, and we can’t do it without your help.
Will you make a tax-deductible donation to help BasBlue strengthen our impact?
The support you give today will have a transformational impact on the lives, voice and vision of our community by not only showing them what is possible, but giving them the tools to get there. The generous contributions of individuals, corporations, and foundations are essential to our ability to fulfill our mission and serve our community.
