Rise of the Rest is a seed and early-stage venture capital fund investing in entrepreneurs based outside of the coastal tech hubs of Silicon Valley, New York City, and Boston. Their goal is to identify compelling investment opportunities in rising cities and back more founders who are solving real-world problems. BasBlue is thrilled to welcome them for this program, which is a feature part of their tenth anniversary tour of Detroit.
