Join Rosi Reeves as she leads you through a meditation and discussion surrounding grattitude, and how to create routines that take you throughout your day with an attitude geared towards thankfulness.

It’s wonderful to meet you! My name is Rosi Reeves. Officially I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, but my love and passion for health and wellness expands much further than the four walls of a gym. I’ve spent my adult life encouraging others to follow the path of a healthy lifestyle, from children to adults. My purpose is connection with others, helping them shape a healthy lifestyle that fits their needs and availability. As I continue my pursuit, learning has led to a passion for nutrition, and how our mental health glues the pieces of our physical health together. Health is a lifetime of learning, adapting, and growing. I feel as though I’m called to share my knowledge with you, and to help you create a life of abundant health.
