When you’ve got big goals and big dreams, it can be hard to see that every single step towards the goal is important. It can be discourging to see others around you achieve more/celebrate wins, or appear to have it all.
It’s important to remember that no journey is perfect, and not everyone is going to support you in your mission.
Of course… you want to do the best work possible, show up every day, and keep striving for excellence.
But…excellence isn’t the same as perfection, and comparison only holds you back.
Perfection is an illusion, and striving for perfection sets you up for failure.
“It’s not ready yet” is a story we tell ourselves that stops us from doing any good in the world. We think if we can’t be perfect, why even try? But no one can be perfect, because perfection doesn’t exist.
Join us for an evening of vulnerable conversations, the behind the scenes of it all, and leave feeling inspired by a women who is on a mission to create the future…obstacles and all. Let’s get real about what it really takes to get things done.
