It’s wonderful to meet you! My name is Rosi Reeves. Officially I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, but my love and passion for health and wellness expands much further than the four walls of a gym. I’ve spent my adult life encouraging others to follow the path of a healthy lifestyle, from children to adults. My purpose is connection with others, helping them shape a healthy lifestyle that fits their needs and availability. As I continue my pursuit, learning has led to a passion for nutrition, and how our mental health glues the pieces of our physical health together. Health is a lifetime of learning, adapting, and growing. I feel as though I’m called to share my knowledge with you, and to help you create a life of abundant health.
