Designed for BasBlue’s 18–26-year-old audience, this curated speed mentoring experience helps emerging leaders build confidence, make meaningful connections, and approach conversations with greater intention. Participants will learn how to show up with presence, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly articulate their goals before engaging in structured mentoring conversations.
The workshop will be facilitated by Shelley Danner, a senior leader, founder, and ICF-credentialed leadership coach with deep experience in talent development, human-centered design, and community impact. As co-founder of Challenge Detroit, Shelley spent 14 years designing leadership and innovation programming that connected hundreds of emerging leaders and organizations across the city.
Through guided preparation, mentoring conversations, and reflection, participants will leave with new insights, stronger connections, and meaningful next steps for their personal and professional growth.
