I’m a former Big Ten 400m dash champion\, Big Ten Freshman of the Year\, and NCAA Track and Field All-American and I remain passionate about women’s fitness\, lifelong strength\, and independence.​ \n\n\n\nI’ve fallen in love with fitness and it’s given me such a desire to learn and grow. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer\, Certified Pre/Postpartum Coach\, and Certified Nutrition Coach. I have been very intentional about pursuing the training and credentials I know will most benefit my clients. \nBesides that\, I’m a University of Michigan Alum (GO BLUE!)\, I LOVE shopping (a little too much)\, and all I think about is food (because honestly what is better?)! \nI love God\, my incredible family\, and muscles!
