During the program the Steen Foundation’s annual mural challenge will take place with local women and non-binary artists. \nJoin in on hustle and two-step lessons from 6-7pm. \nCome check out the vendors\, artists\, artwork throughout the space and sounds by DJ Z-Light. \nThis year’s mural challenge theme is the Detroit Butterfly. The Detroit Butterfly symbolizes transformation\, beauty\, and a free spirit as with the people of Detroit. It also affirms diverse beauty standards and celebrates uniqueness\, mirroring the city’s vibrant arts scene. View the art pieces as they transform right in front of you from a caterpillar to a butterfly. \nThe mural challenge winners will be announced during the 7pm hour. \nLight bites\, mocktails and cocktails will be available for members and for purchase for guests. \nMembers should register in the Member Portal.
