Go Beyond Managing: Influence Your Stress is an engaging, science-based, in-person workshop. The workshop incorporates an accessible explanation of the stress response and invitation-based group practice of practical, quick-calm tools designed to influence that response. The tools introduced are based on the body's senses and areas of the senses and can help with stress, anxiety, and focus while improving well-being and workplace effectiveness.

This interactice workshop, led by Certified Human Potential Coach and Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, Carrie Zarotney, will be held on Tuesday, December 20, from 9:00 - 10:30 am.

About Carrie

Carrie Zarotney is a Certified Human Potential Coach and Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator. She helps people gain insight into their habits and their stress and uses science-based tools to bring about effective life changes that last. Carrie believes that real change results from intentionally nurturing habits and conscious, daily action toward your ideal self.
