About Jennifer

Jennifer Siegel is passionate about Pilates and
helping people feel good in their bodies! She has
been teaching Pilates equipment and mat classes
from her studio for over a decade and to strengthen
her teaching she has added yoga and Melt Method
cerifications. Her sessions focus on form, fitness
and fun. She believes movement should bring one
joy and make one feel strong and capable. Jennifer
shares her love for movement at the wellness center
at Bas Blue. Join her 55 minute mat pilates class
