Even if you missed last month's Go Beyond Managing: Influence Your Stress, workshop you can still join on Thursday, January 26th at 9:30 am and Friday, February 10th at 9:30 am to practice! These science- and body-based tools, presented by Carrie Zarotney, Certified Human Potential Coach and Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, help with stress, anxiety, and focus, while improving well-being and workplace effectiveness.
About Carrie
Carrie Zarotney is a Certified Human Potential Coach and Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator. She helps people gain insight into their habits and their stress and uses science-based tools to bring about effective life changes that last. Carrie believes that real change results from intentionally nurturing habits and conscious, daily action toward your ideal self.Please note that BasBlue requires all members and visitors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
